Steven Meisel, is considred one of the most succesful fashion photograghers in the industry.As a child Steven Meisel never played with toys, instead he would draw pictures of beautiful women.He started off as a fashion illustrator, then later on he found a profound love for photography. He is best known for his work with Italian Vogue. Here are some photos from a 2005 Italian vogue issue. Steven Meisel received inspiration from the movie Sin City.In my opinion these photos are avant garde.
